Job summary Sherwood Forest Hospitals are seeking a dedicated Assistant Digital Business Partner to join our team at King's Mill Hospital. The post holder will play a crucial role in supporting customers' ICT strategies, aligning them with their business needs and the NHIS digital business strategy and processes. Key Responsibilities: Support the Digital Business Partner and Head of Strategy & Planning in understanding and aligning customer ICT requirements with NHS strategies. Contribute to the development of tailored ICT solutions. Attend and support service reviews, development meetings, and customer discussions, representing the Digital Business Team and NHIS, including offsite and outside normal working hours. Manage specific customer requests and provide input for service agreements. Address issues such as unpaid invoices and customer complaints through appropriate channels. Complete internal documentation and coordinate with project managers to resolve order delays. Support junior team members with tasks. Procure equipment and services in compliance with financial regulations.
