Location Paddington London, United Kingdom (4 days in office per week) Reporting Lines This role reports to Digital Marketing Manager Requirements Main Accountabilities Support the Digital Marketing Manager to execute digital strategies in line with the overall business goals. Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns across paid and organic platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. Work with external brands and influencers to create partnerships for competitions, and collabs. Work with our digital agency to plan social media activity and creative while monitoring performance and ensuring best practise. Assist with content creation such as blog posts, webpage updates, user-generated content (UGC), and digital marketing materials. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns using tools such as GA4, and Looker Studio. Support with and execute SEO best practises on website and app stores. Support the Digital Marketing Manager with monthly tracking, reporting and campaign management. Work with cross-functional teams such as commercial, product and design to ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic objectives. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth. Skills and Experience 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role or similar Bachelor’s degree in digital, marketing, business, or related field is preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of WordPress and Google Analytics is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
