We are seeking a dynamic Proposition Manager to drive the development of our member tools project. This role is pivotal in helping Aegon UK craft and execute innovative, competitive strategies in response to industry changes. Reporting to the Senior Workplace Proposition Manager, responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Support the creation and enhancement of products and services, ensuring they align with Aegon’s strategic goals and commercial priorities. Work with third parties to establish the best member tools in the market. Working closely with Senior colleagues, taking responsibility for providing detailed support and input on specific components into the overall channel architecture and its development. Including – facilitating workshops, owning detailed proposition specifications, carrying out Product Owner tasks and handing detailed propositional questions. Collaborating with Customer Experience and Insights to ensure customer research is carried out with the appropriate analysis to support currently and newly proposed changes. Supporting pilots to test products and services. Working closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure that appropriate promotional and support activity is developed and implemented to make the product and service changes successful. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Proven knowledge and experience in the life and pensions sector, within workplace pensions or employee benefits. Ability to analyse market trends, competitor products and consumer insights. Awareness of the digital tools and technologies in the life and pensions industry. Skilled in creating, launching and managing pension and insurance products, especially in environments using Agile methodologies. Ability to oversee complex projects from concept to delivery, including setting timelines, coordinating resources, managing risks and achieving milestones. Familiarity with regulatory requirements. Experience with digital transformation initiatives, focussed on enhancing customer experience through digital platforms and automation. Client and customer engagement experience to understand their needs and gather feedback on products and services. What’s in it for you?
