Based in North Birmingham, an ever-growing Property company are wanting to expand their team. The company are looking for a new Bookkeeper to come in and hit the ground running. We are looking for an individual who is out-going, goal driven and confident. This is a great chance for an Accounts Assistant to have involvement in both day to day and month end responsibilities. You will be entrusted to manage the General Ledger, from purchase ledger, sales invoicing and inter-company accounting. You will support team by preparing and reviewing accruals and prepayment, as well as Bi-weekly cash flow forecasting. Using your knowledge, you will be responsible for the Trail balance and producing monthly packs for the board to review. Working in a super friendly, supportive team, you will experience exposure to all areas of finance. Skills required Experience within a similar role will be beneficial, ideally having knowledge and practical experience using XERO. Great multitasking skills, in order to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Have the ability to adapt quickly and not be afraid to get involved with all aspects of the business Have amazing communication skill, to manage internal and external stakeholders. Have the ability to work autonomously and having a keen eye for detail to spot any errors that may arise.
