Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Member based in Swadlincote. The Crew Member will be responsible for daily tasks such as preparing food orders, ensuring food quality, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include handling transactions, restocking supplies, and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1. Excellent customer service and communication skills
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks efficiently
3. Basic knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene practices
4. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
6. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
