Role Overview:
As a Fire Risk Assessor / Consultant, you will conduct fire risk assessments, fire door inspections, and compartmentation surveys for a range of properties. You will also provide clients with expert advice on fire safety and ensure compliance with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Fire Risk Assessments for commercial and domestic properties.
2. Perform fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys.
3. Audit clients' Fire & Safety procedures.
4. Provide up-to-date advice on fire safety topics.
5. Prepare and distribute Fire Plans and policies.
6. Ensure timely and compliant delivery of services.
Who You Are:
1. You hold a Fire Risk Assessor qualification and are a member of IFSM (level 2 minimum) or equivalent.
2. You have solid experience in fire safety assessments.
3. You are motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to travel.
4. Enhanced DBS check required.
