Job Title: Female PE Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Droylsden Ofsted Outstanding All-Girls School (11-16) Job Type: Temporary 1 year fixed term contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Mon - Fri Salary: £31650 - £49084 Per annum (teacher pay scale) Job Description: Job Duties: Plan and deliver engaging physical education lessons for students Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback Organise and supervise sports activities and competitions Ensure the safety and well-being of students during physical education classes Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in Physical Education or related field Experience teaching Physical Education at the secondary school level Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 1 years of teaching experience in Physical Education Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of the national curriculum for Physical Education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or Physical Education Experience coaching sports teams Working Conditions: Work primarily in a school setting Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend commitments for sports events Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
