I am working with a client of mine who is a specialist in the aftermarket area of the motor trade who is looking for a Sales and Service Advisor who can come straight into the business and hit the ground running providing fantastic customer service.
What is needed as a Service and Sales Advisor:
* Previous experience in a similar position in the motor trade.
* Experienced in face-to-face customer service and sales.
* Confident in serving customers on the service desk, over the phone, or online.
* Able to upsell products or parts.
* Possess strong communication skills.
* Able to advise and take orders for new services, parts, or accessories.
* Can assist with any stock taking/levels.
* This job contains heavy lifting of goods over 25kg or more on a daily basis.

* Basic Salary up to £23,500.
* Quarterly bonus scheme available.
* Monday – Friday.
* No weekends.
* 37.5 hour working week.
