Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Manage all mechanical projects from inception to completion, developing plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Team Management: Organise and supervise site and operational staff, conducting regular site inspections and progress reports.
* Client Engagement: Engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Resource Management: Ensure projects are running smoothly, and all resources needed to complete projects are delivered of procurement of plant, materials, and labour.
* Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial forecasts and budgets are accurate and timely.
* Reporting and Documentation: Conduct project meetings, prepare reports, and complete site visits.
* Work on projects in various sectors, including the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), data centres, commercial, finance, and retail.
What you'll need to succeed:
* You will need a background in Mechanical Project Management within Building Services.
* Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance of £5,800
