Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivating, influencing and securing sales with SME customers directly through a combination of self-generated leads, warmed-up data, and opportunities.
* Understanding of the tariff options available.
* Identifying customer requirements and demonstrating strong account management skills to drive good customer experience and closure.
* Managing sales pipelines effectively to ensure targets are achieved.
* Liaising with colleagues to develop comprehensive strategies to attain renewal customers.
* Maintaining effective communication with existing customers to enhance renewal opportunities and maximize upsell potential.
* Handling a wide range of complex written and/or verbal enquiries, complaints, and requests for advice as necessary.
* Identifying trends in customer issues, alerting line manager with proposals for improvement.
* Responding to incoming telephone calls, identifying customer requirements by providing a polite, professional and accurate response in line with agreed service standards.
Role Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales to direct customers is essential.
* Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
* Good knowledge and experience of customer objection handling.
* Strength in problem-solving with the ability to work in a target-driven work environment.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Goal-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.

Shifts: Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm (Office Based).
