I'm currently working with a company that designs and manufactures electronic systems to measure, record, and simulate data from vehicles, which is used in Motorsport and Racing. This business has been around for over 30 years and has customers in over 100 countries.
They're currently looking to hire a Customer Support Technician to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing technical support and guidance on their complete product range. You will troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and ensure that customers receive prompt and effective support.
They're looking for someone with customer service experience, which could be from working in a retail store, a phone-based customer service job, face-to-face interactions, or part-time roles at university. They are open to various backgrounds as long as you have customer service experience.
Additionally, they seek someone with a technical background, which could stem from a degree or a previous role. As you'll be dealing with technical customers, they would like to speak to someone who can understand technical products.
If you have an interest in Motorsport/Racing, this is a bonus but not required.
This role is 5 days a week onsite from their office in Buckingham.
Salary: Up to £28k
