Day to Day of the Role: Perform general administration duties and input data onto our bespoke job system. Collate and complete out-of-hours orders from the previous night. Enter codes for job completions and assist with the completion of work orders. Manage and update spreadsheets related to the backlog of orders. Run reports and chase up job write-ups to enable job completions. Prepare jobs for invoicing by checking all relevant paperwork, photos, etc. Rebook orders and arrange materials as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Previous experience in a similar role and industry is preferable but not essential. Ability to resolve issues with limited supervision. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong time management and organisational skills to manage workload effectively.
