Location: Altens About the Role: We are currently recruiting a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our clients team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Previous experience in an accounts or administration role Strong understanding of accounts functions (bank reconciliation, cash postings, purchase ledger) Experience with Sage 50 Accounts or similar accounting software is a plus. Key Duties: Processing bank payments and assisting with financial tasks Assisting the Financial Controller and Office Manager with ad-hoc duties as required Supporting financial tasks for our two smaller businesses using Sage 50 Accounts (minimal transactions) Daily cash postings and bank reconciliation Processing purchase ledger invoices and producing statements Petty cash control and credit control Systems Used: Pinnacle DMS system - will be transitioning to Pyramid from May.
