We work with some of the UK’s most prestigious brands as well as catering for the needs of smaller businesses.
Your role will involve providing comprehensive product and service information while ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, confident decision-making, and strong communication skills with internal teams. Proficiency in IT, especially Excel and Outlook, is essential, and experience with Tharstern MIS is preferred.

Job Specific Responsibilities
* Act as a primary resource for customers seeking information and assistance, maintaining a deep understanding of our key services and products.
* Manage incoming calls and emails for the sales team, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
* Maintain open lines of communication with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Generate relevant sales leads from customer interactions.
* Build and nurture trust-based relationships with customers through proactive communication.
* Provide accurate information using Tharstern and email effectively.
* Address customer complaints, offering timely solutions and following through to resolution within your authority.
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts efficiently.
* Source merchandise products and garments for branding, whether in-house or through external suppliers.
* Produce estimates utilizing both Excel and our in-house MIS, Tharstern.
