We are looking for a Payout Associate to join our Operations Department. We provide full training, so you'll be well-equipped to ensure smooth and efficient payout processing. You will collaborate with clients and brokers to deliver the ultimate broker and customer experience as we continue to expand and innovate.

Based in our Wellingborough head office, you will work onsite five days a week during probation to fully embed your training. Thereafter, you can enjoy the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid pattern with the agreement of your line manager.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
* Managing the payout pipeline, effectively prioritising cases for efficient resolution.
* Collaborating with customers and brokers to ensure payout packs contain all the necessary information and documentation for swift payout.
* Conducting thorough Anti-Money Laundering Checks for all deals as well as verification and validation of all details ensuring they meet the required criteria and conditions prior to payout.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring complete documentation for all transactions.
* Identifying opportunities to enhance the broker and customer experience throughout the payouts process and collaboration with key stakeholders to implement improvements.
* Promptly escalating of concerns or issues to management providing proposed solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Previous administration experience in the Financial Services or a similar industry.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE
* A background in compliance could be helpful.
* Experience in the Asset Finance industry or in an FCA regulated firm.
