As a Support Worker at our CFO Activity Hub, you will work with people on probation who are looking to reintegrate into their communities, guiding them on their journey towards education, training, employment and improved wellbeing. You'll deliver a range of one-to-one and group support sessions, using a dynamic curriculum, and connect participants with vital services and opportunities to help them move forward positively in life.
Who we’re looking for:
• Someone who is passionate about supporting people to make lasting positive changes in their lives.
• A confident communicator who can engage and motivate participants through both one-to-one support and group sessions.
• A proactive team player who’s comfortable working independently and managing a caseload.
• Someone with a strong sense of social justice and a genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and anti-racism.
