Seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Manager to join a branded hotel in London featuring over 250 bedrooms.

About the Role:
As the Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the hotel's financial performance. You will manage a complex segmentation business model, oversee group inventory, and maximise transient performance across both direct and OTA channels. Your expertise in developing and executing strategies to exceed market share will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Comprehensive revenue management of streams totalling up to £16 million annually.
* Accurate forecasting, budgeting, and preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual commentaries for owners and the hotel management company.
* Effective use of systems including IDeaS, Opera, Lighthouse, and Fairmas (experience with these is preferred).
* Collaboration with the Director of Sales (DOS) and on-property sales team.
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring a strong branded hotel background and in-depth knowledge of the London market. You should have:
* Proven experience in managing revenue for a high-volume branded hotel operation.
* Expertise in transient and group inventory management, as well as a track record of driving results across various market segments.
* Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* The ability to thrive in a standalone role with no direct reports, supported by a dedicated sales team.
