What you will be doing We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to grow, develop, and lead our Sales team. This role goes beyond traditional sales management to build strategic, process-driven sales operations and campaigns that foster team growth and enable sustainable revenue. As a key collaborator with the broader commercial team, you’ll contribute to business goals by enabling a high-performing sales culture grounded in coaching, development, and process innovation. We’re looking for someone commercially minded with a strong coaching mindset, who is excited to empower and inspire their team, drive relationship-building initiatives, and implement forward-thinking campaigns that set us up for success. Main Responsibilities: Lead, Coach, and Develop the Team: Provide strategic guidance and personalised coaching to the sales team, emphasising professional development, customer relationship building, and a consultative sales approach. Instil a data-driven mindset to help the team understand why prospects aren’t progressing and identify insights to share with marketing for continuous improvement. Collaboration with Marketing & Customer Success Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to align initiatives and create a steady flow of qualified leads. Maintain a collaborative, forward-planning approach with Marketing to ensure alignment and mutual support, enabling proactive rather than reactive efforts. Build and Execute Sales Campaigns: Design and implement quarterly sales campaigns targeting specific audiences to generate interest and drive revenue. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure campaign alignment and maximise shared efforts for impactful results. Additionally, explore new sales channels to create growth opportunities beyond inbound leads. Process Innovation and HubSpot Automation: Take ownership of sales processes, including developing HubSpot Sales Hub automations and refining pipeline management, enabling the team to focus on high-potential opportunities. This role requires hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub to manage automations and CRM setup independently. Manage and Report on Sales Metrics: Oversee the tracking and analysis of key sales metrics to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics, offering insights into progress toward goals and highlighting opportunities for optimisation. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, ensuring the team remains aligned with targets and fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Holiday Cover & Customer Interaction: It is essential to be able to step in and provide support during team holiday cover to maintain a seamless sales process and ensure that customer needs are consistently met. This will involve directly communicating with customers to address any inquiries, manage ongoing deals, or resolve issues that arise in the absence of regular team members. By staying connected with key accounts and being responsive, the Sales Enablement Manager helps to uphold service standards and ensures that clients experience continuity and confidence in their partnership including during direct reports annual leave. Essential Skills / Our Ideal Candidate: 2 years in a sales operations, enablement, or people management role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment 5 years in SaaS, with a strong background in strategic sales and business development. Other backgrounds will be considered if significant sales experience and/or knowledge can be evidenced. Proven success in a coaching-focused leadership role, with a track record of developing sales talent and fostering a high-performance culture A process-driven mindset with excellent organisational skills, with experience implementing sales structures that optimise performance Commercial acumen and a strategic approach, with experience developing and executing revenue-generating campaigns Strong, adaptable communication skills to engage with both small businesses and large corporate clients Collaborative and campaign-focused, with a commitment to proactive planning and close teamwork with Marketing and Customer Success Experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, capable of managing CRM automations and set up independently Please note: The qualifications and experiences above act as a loose guide to what we’re looking for.
