As part of its continued growth strategy, they are seeking a commercially astute Regional Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in financial oversight, business partnering, and strategic decision-making across the region.The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, providing commercial insight, and driving financial performance across multiple projects within the region. This role is a critical business partner to operational teams, ensuring financial discipline, profitability, and compliance with PE investor requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full financial management of the region, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Business partner with regional leadership, project managers, and operational teams to provide financial insights and drive commercial decision-making. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process for the region. Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and working capital requirements. Identify risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to optimize financial performance. Manage financial reporting to PE investors, ensuring transparency and alignment with investment goals. Drive process improvements and financial controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Candidate Profile Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a construction, contracting, or infrastructure-related industry. Strong understanding of project-based accounting, WIP, and contract accounting. Experience in a high-growth, or complex multi-site environment. Commercial mindset with a track record of business partnering and adding strategic value. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
