Job requirements We have a new opportunity to join the thriving Aptia pensions project area. As a Pensions Delivery Manager, you will ensure projects across a portfolio of pension scheme clients are delivered smoothly and to plan. You will work as part of the project team and stakeholders to manage delivery of projects in line with overall business targets and individual project targets. This will include planning ahead, supporting smooth handoffs between stakeholders and removing bottlenecks. You will drive and support delivery of all projects rather than being assigned to a single project. You will report to the project Head of Operations. This is a hybrid working position and can be aligned with any Aptia UK office. What you’ll be doing: Working with senior management to understand and support delivery of business targets. Collaborating with and challenging established workflow, delivery and individual project teams. Driving activity and completion, linking over-arching business targets back to individual project delivery and vice versa. Planning, monitoring and reacting to changes or gaps in plans compared to revenue targets. Supporting delivery of projects at an overall level but working with individual projects and stakeholders as necessary. Proactively mitigating problems and removing barriers to work commencement or completion. Developing effective relationships and sharing information with third parties and internal teams. Using, preparing or developing existing MI as necessary to support delivery. What we’re looking for: Relevant experience in managing project-based delivery. Experience of Budgets, capacity management and financial targets. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience of working in multi-disciplinary and multi-team environment. Demonstrable decision-making skills and ability to work independently UK pensions knowledge and experience. Project/programme delivery qualifications.
