* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
* Managing correspondence via email and telephone.
* Organising and scheduling meetings.
* Maintaining and updating company databases.
* Preparing reports and presentations as required.
* Ensuring office supplies are maintained and restocked as necessary.
* Assisting with the coordination of company events.
* Complying with all company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Administrator should have:
* A strong background in administration.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
