The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic KS2 Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, fostering a positive classroom environment and ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in KS2 (desirable).
* Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations.
* Be passionate about enabling all children to achieve success.
* Be a caring professional with a clear understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Have a dynamic and creative approach to learning.
* Have high expectations of attainment and behaviour.
* Possess energy, enthusiasm and a positive approach.
* Be committed to extra-curricular activities.
* Be able to work supportively and collaboratively in a team.
