This role as a Customer Service Assistant is part of a collaborative team, dedicated to providing exceptional support across all brand channels. Location: Represent HQ, Horwich, Bolton What you’ll be doing: Deliver an excellent customer experience through all support channels. Address customer requests/issues immediately and efficiently. Adapt to various business needs, serving different areas of the brand as required. Ensure smooth transitions across service levels to meet customer needs. Handle escalated issues with professionalism and grace. Follow through on customer requests, ensuring timely resolution. Basic understanding of logistics, courier and customs processes Settling merchant disputes What you’ll need: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or service-oriented roles. Proven ability to promote products/services. Familiarity with the Represent brand and its history. Previous experience in customer service roles and strong knowledge of the Represent brand are essential. Availability to work full-time in-house (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm), with flexibility to cover temporary shifts and weekends as needed. Be local to the Manchester/North West area.
