Key Responsibilities: HR Leadership & Strategy : Lead HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and policy implementation across multiple sites. Oversee organisational changes, manage payroll, and develop HR strategy. Compliance & Record Keeping : Ensure compliance, safeguarding protocols, and data protection. Oversee DBS checks and maintain secure records. Employee Relations & Support : Advise leaders and staff on HR practices, manage grievances and disciplinary actions, and promote staff wellbeing. Performance Management & Development : Coordinate staff development programmes, succession planning, and benefits structures, collaborating with leaders to assess training needs. Systems & Process Management : Implement and manage HR systems, monitor external HR providers, and support workforce planning and data analysis. Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships, handle sensitive issues discreetly, and maintain clear communication. Your Requirements: You're probably wondering what the catch is.
