Arbroath currently has two teams working over Arbroath, Brechin, Friockheim, and Carnoustie. We support individuals with a range of disabilities aged between 20 to 70. Support required includes personal care, developing skills to live independently, social support in the community, and attending college. We help our supported people work towards outcomes such as going on holidays to experience life to its fullest. We provide a space for supported people to meet and build relationships through various activities.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people.
2. Communicating and working well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
3. Being responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.

Contracted hours to suit you

Enhanced Overtime
Any hours worked by a Support Worker over full-time contractual hours will be eligible for an enhanced rate.
