Key information: Two Level 3 Teaching Assistants required Start date: December 2024 Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm) Contract – Initially to Jul. 2024, with the view to go onto a school contract £12.90 - £13.50 p/h Duties within the role Expected to liaise with the teacher in a collaborative way in meeting the personal, social and curriculum related needs of pupils. Establish positive, supportive, and constructive relationships with pupils, parents, carers by contributing to ideas and strategies, offering feedback where possible. Assist with the planning and delivery of the curriculum in a way that will benefit the children. Responsibilities Assist pupils with all care routines Attend staff meetings as appropriate Maintain records and reports as required and be aware of the confidential nature of reports etc Implement Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP) Incorporate sensory aids to support children Carry out general duties cleaning and tidying To apply you must Working at or towards level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
