We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who goes one step beyond. Who is highly motivated and passionate about creating user-centric, best-in-class digital experiences across web and app.
We're looking for someone who knows how to design complicated functions simply, who understands the needs of real users and balances them with business requirements to create well-rounded solutions. Someone who loves taking ideas from whiteboard sketches all the way through to beautifully crafted and polished UI.

Here's what you'll be doing:
You'll be joining as a UX/UI Designer and be a part of a group of seasoned creatives and specialists, specifically within our fast-moving and high-performing Sales Squad. This squad is dedicated to making small, incremental improvements in the Sales area, including Checkout, Trading, and Upper Funnel, with the main KPI of optimizing conversion rates.
You will be crafting best-in-class digital experiences that engage our customers and compel them to transact with us, ensuring they have a seamless experience through a high-priority digital transformation program. The role will involve
1. CRO Focus: Collaborating closely with the CRO Squad to develop and test hypotheses based on problem statements, launching rapid A/B tests, and analyzing results to drive continuous improvement. Working to optimize the entire marketing process, ensuring trading operates as efficiently as possible.
2. Research and Conception: Working on projects from initial research and conception to final designs and development implementation while maintaining our design system and ensuring ease of use and accessibility.
3. User-Centric Design: Utilizing insights to ensure all experiences are fully user-tested and validated before and after launch, ensuring we always stay user-centric.
Must Haves:
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Experience as a multi-disciplined Designer with an obsessive attention to detail
2. Solid and fluent proficiency in design tools such as InVision and Adobe CC
3. Experience reading/pulling data from Adobe Analytics/UserZoom/Session Camp is a bonus but not essential
4. Experience in storytelling a vision through illustration of life-cycle states
5. Experience in conducting user testing, remote and face-to-face
6. Good understanding of A/B and multi-variant testing
