Responsibilities:
The Merrill Supervision and Controls organization supports the Firm's objectives by influencing business practices in ways that support responsible growth including growing within our risk framework in a sustainable, client-focused manner. Merrill Business Controls is responsible for a wide variety of oversight and leadership functions associated with Risk Framework elements (e.g., Single Process Inventory, Key Risk Indicators and Risk Appetite), issues management, Regulatory Engagement, as well as governance routines (e.g., Product, Client Selection, and Business Risk).
The position is on the Merrill Wealth Management policy and procedure governance team.
The team supports an inventory of ~4500 policy/procedure content for the Merrill Wealth Management business, providing for the governance and maintenance of new/revised policy/procedure content, administration of the publishing/maintenance of content to the Global Policy Source application and providing various standard and adhoc reporting. While writing of content is not a primary responsibility, the role often requires creating/writing/editing of content as needed, as well as participation on projects that have a policy/procedure component.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in a large, fast-paced, results-oriented company, in a role supporting product management, risk management, or business controls/governance.

Pay Transparency details:
US - NY - New York - 225 LIBERTY ST (NY3002)
Pay range: $65,700.00 - $98,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
