This role is for a Senior High Intensity Counsellor to join our Kent NHS Talking Therapies service. We are looking for a qualified Counsellor who wants the opportunity to support and develop Trainee and Qualified High-Intensity Counsellors within an NHS Talking Therapies service.
To apply for this role you must hold at least an NVQ Level 4 Counselling qualification and accreditation with either BABCP, UKCP, or COCSA is essential.
You will have successfully completed specialist training in one or more of the following NICE recommended time-limited psychological therapies for depression: Person-Centred Counselling for Depression, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy, or Interpersonal Psychotherapy; with the required training and individual accreditation to deliver the modality as specified by the NHS Talking Therapies Manual.
You will also evidence post-qualification NHS Talking Therapies training in clinical supervision.
