If that sounds good to you, then we’d love to hear from you.\nThe Opportunity:\nWhat your day-to-day might look like:\n• Working closely with the MD to contribute to and deliver our sales and marketing strategies, across all platforms and products\n• Growing, leading, directing, mentoring and performance managing the sales and marketing teams, ensuring sales targets and lead generation targets are being met\n• Monitoring lead success rates, conversion rates and sales revenue\n• Taking overall ownership of the CRM platform, ensuring data and team members collate and log all sales and marketing data\n• Working across departments in the business to help increase revenue from existing clients, as well as winning new business from various leads/channels\n• Managing your departmental budget and P&L, working closely with the Head of Finance to ensure growth targets and efficiency targets are on track\n• Monitoring market changes and key competitor trends, liaising with the MD and technical teams, providing recommendations about products and feeding into roadmaps\n• Knowing your sectors and prospects; demonstrating strong business acumen and ensuring this is spread amongst your teams\nAbout you:\n• Solid experience of B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years at a senior level, including Senior Sales Manager/Head of Sales/Sales Director roles, ideally in B2B software (ERP software extremely advantageous)\n• Have a broad range of selling skills gained from various roles\n• Experienced in driving strategy, measuring results, creating processes and being accountable for the success of your teams\n• Experience of managing several direct reports in a team, providing leadership to get the most out of them\n• Worked closely with the Board/Senior Stakeholders in previous roles\n• Proven experience of driving change; successes and challenges\n• Proven experience of winning new business for software and solutions businesses\n• Strong strategic mindset; not being afraid to challenge and make change\n• Strong organisational skills\n• A natural with data\n• A self-starter with high energy and a collaborative attitude.\n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills\nWhat’s on Offer:\n• A Team based culture\n• Up to £80k basic salary DOE\n• Generous commission and annual bonus schemes, dependant on individual, team and business achievements\n• OTE in excess of £120k\n• Car allowance\n• Enhanced holiday allowance\n• Enhanced pension\n• Private healthcare option\n• Life cover – 4x salary\nSounds like a good fit?
