Description:
1. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
2. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
3. Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
5. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
6. Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks
7. Support the customer service team with day-to-day operations
8. Contribute to process improvements and team objectives
9. Regularly liaise with internal teams including quality, production and logistics
Profile:
