Job summary The PTS Operations Manager will have direct responsibility for effectively delivering operational staff and resources within a designated geographical area, achieving contractual Key Performance Indicators, and ensuring that the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction is maintained. The role provides support to the Service Delivery Manager and clerical administration staff within the designated area. Main duties of the job To maintain the effective operation of the local PTS contracts within the designated area, providing guidance and direction daily to all staff, including operational and non-operational staff. Accountable for all day-to-day operational aspects within the geographical area, ensuring efficient and effective use of all resources to maximum potential. Responsible for monitoring service delivery, and communicating any relevant performance issues to the Service Delivery Manager, initiating remedial action, as required.
