Your new role
We're looking for a Social Impact Coordinator to join team SCAPE. You’ll be an integral part of the frameworks team based in our Nottingham office, working actively with our delivery partners and clients to coordinate and communicate performance reporting and the collaborative delivery of social value outcomes.

* Work with a wide range of senior managers and stakeholders across the group.
* Build or grow you experience of current issues and trends within the public sector, including Government construction strategy and social value.
* Support the Senior Social Impact Manager to advise the internal team and clients on compliance with social value requirements.
* Make a real difference by delivering concise performance and benchmarking data, that provide clear advice, guidance and social value outcomes for stakeholders.
* Opportunity to represent Scape at high-profile events and contribute to SCAPE Group’s mission of delivering value in the built environment sector
What you'll bring
* Educated to degree level, ideally in a sustainability, property or construction related subject, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Knowledge and passion of social value, and demonstrable understanding of how social value can be managed and measured in the built environment sector.
* Experience of producing reports on performance and benchmarking data with the ability to analyse information providing advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders.
* You’ll have a basic understanding of sustainability in the workplace, and be committed to support the business with its carbon reduction strategy.
* Experience of use a range of IT packages, including use of systems to manage, extract and report on performance management data.
* Full driving licence and use of a car with insurance for business use, to attend site visits.
