Admin Support Executive - Leeds (Office-Based)\n\nSalary - £24,000\n\nMonday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm | Occasional Weekend Work\n\nJoin a Growing Travel Company!\n\nAre you organised, detail-oriented, and looking grow your career in the travel industry? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Admin Support Executive to join a dynamic team at our Leeds office.\n\nAs a valued member of the Admin team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our post booking processes and maintaining high-quality service standards across the board.\n\nResponsibilities as an Admin Support Executive\n\nProcess and check supplier invoices\nQuality check bookings before confirmations\nHandle ticketing, refunds, and after-sales support\nLiaise with sales agents to amend bookings\nRespond to email queries from customers, suppliers, and team members\nMonitor booking updates (errata) and ensure accurate records\nSupport the General Manager with ad hoc tasks \n\nExperience desired as an Admin Support Executive\n\nPrevious experience in an administrative or support role (travel industry experience is a plus!)\nStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills\nConfident communicator with great written and verbal English\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively\nA team player with a positive, can-do attitude \n\nWhat You'll Get:\n\nThe chance to be part of a fast-growing travel company\n\nA friendly, supportive, and collaborative team environment\n\n23 days A/L + bank holidays.\n\nOnsite parking.\n\nAnnual overseas conference.\n\nCompany events and staff holiday discounts!\n\nInterested?
