Our talented restaurant team is looking for a charismatic Senior Waiter/Chef de Rang with previous experience in a quality restaurant, ideally in fine dining, and with some knowledge of wines and spirits

Along with the rest of our team you'll deliver impeccable food and beverage service, with the confidence to engage with our guests and a personality that makes them feel special. The right person for us is professional and stylish, courteous but with a sense of humour, and someone who inspires others.
Guests at Pale Hall enjoy contrasting dining experiences with the Henry Robertson restaurant serving our signature 4 and 7 course tasting menus and the Huntsman bistro offering a relaxed a la carte menu. We know our standards and attention to detail are what makes us really stand out, and make Pale Hall such a destination of choice. Full time contract, five days over seven, at a salary of £25,000 to £26,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
