We are looking for a Temporary Planning Assistant to support our team for a 3-month period. In this role, you will assist with scheduling work for residents, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Contact residents via phone and email to schedule their work Process deposits through our online portal Maintain and update tracker spreadsheets Provide administrative and customer service support to the Senior Planner Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong administrative skills Excellent customer service abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in work 8.30am - 5pm Hours per week (Monday - Friday) £12 per hour
