Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, including help with washing, dressing, and medication. Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, household cleaning, and running errands. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable, respected, and supported. Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote independence and well-being. Ensure the safety and comfort of the client, including responding to emergencies when needed. Maintain accurate records of care delivered and report any changes in the client’s condition. Collaborate with other health and care professionals to provide a high standard of care. More than 6 months previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar role is beneficial. A caring, compassionate, and patient approach to working with vulnerable people. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Full UK, clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
