Main duties of the job The Transformation team provide specialist support to Bradford Teaching Hospitals using quality, service improvement, and redesign tools and techniques. The team is based on an internal consultancy model, therefore requiring professionalism and customer focus, whilst still upholding the remit and business objectives of the team. You will provide support and guidance as service improvement lead and where appropriate as programme manager for a portfolio of Improvement Projects, ensuring that the work delivers the required quality and productivity benefits through redesign and innovation. You will champion the provision of high-quality services to ensure that we consistently put patients first, whilst making the best possible use of our precious resources. The roles will support services to engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and adapt to the changing healthcare economy, and bring new thinking that will benefit the organisation and our patients.
