We are looking for a committed and experienced professional to join an Alternative Provision team in Birkenhead, working with students in Key Stages 3 and 4. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact, teaching across multiple nearby sites, and is ideally suited to a driver due to travel requirements. About the Role: As an SEMH Maths Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, adapting your approach to meet varied learning needs and supporting students' academic and personal growth. Work across multiple sites within close proximity, providing consistent and high-quality learning experiences. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support a positive and productive learning environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on making a difference in the lives of young people in an SEMH setting. Requirements: Qualified Maths Teacher with experience teaching in SEMH or alternative provisions. Strong behaviour management skills, with a proactive and empathetic approach. Experience in engaging hard-to-reach students and fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere. Full UK driving license preferred due to travel between sites.
