The Cathedral School, Cardiff's leading independent school for girls and boys, is seeking to appoint an organised and reliable technician to support two departments within the school. The successful candidate will support the subject leader and teaching staff in delivering the art curriculum in the Senior section, from Year 7 through to A Level, plus provide technician support to the Year 3-6 science team in the Primary section.
This is a term time only post for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary will be £18,067 per annum (actual). This is a permanent role.
The successful candidate will be a good team player who is willing to share their technical expertise for the benefit of the pupils and each department. We welcome applications from experienced technicians with a thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to demonstrate and assist others in the safe and effective use of specialist equipment and materials.
