The school supports students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Condition, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs, physical disabilities, cognition and learning difficulties, speech and langu age needs, hearing impairments, and visual impairments. Your role will involve: Teaching across multiple subjects with a flexible and adaptable approach. Implementing tailored strategies to support students with complex needs. Collaborating with support staff, therapists, and families to create a nurturing learning environment. Maintaining a strong commitment to inclusion, differentiation, and student progress. The Ideal Candidate The successful Supply Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience working with students with learning and physical disabilities. An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to undergo one. A strong understanding of various learning styles and how to support individual student needs.
