Protocol Education is excited to offer an opportunity for a Behaviour Support Assistant in Alnwick. This full-time, temporary role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist students in managing their behaviour and emotional needs.
2. Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies and individual plans.
3. Foster positive behaviour and encourage social development.
4. Work closely with staff to provide a supportive and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive approach.
3. Experience in behaviour support or similar roles is desirable but not essential.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
