Are you ready to make an impact on a global scale? Our client has an opportunity for a talented and driven Reward Analyst to join their expanding specialist team.
In this role, you’ll partner with HR teams across international markets to deliver innovative and data-driven reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
As a key member of the Total Reward team, you’ll manage annual salary reviews, benchmarking studies, and incentive planning, ensuring their programmes remain competitive and aligned with market trends. Your ability to present complex data through clear narratives and visualisations will influence decision-making at the highest levels. You’ll also provide expert guidance to HR colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor on reward policies and practices.
To excel in this role, you’ll need specialist-level knowledge of reward practices, ideally gained in a large global business. Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are essential. You’ll also bring experience with HR systems, workforce analytics, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, providing actionable insights and advice. The ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and a keen eye for detail will be critical to your success.
