International Customer Service Administrator – Permanent - Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a large manufacturing company in Telford for a new International Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator. This permanent, full-time role is in a busy, small, but crucial area of the business. There is the option to WFH a couple of days a week after training. You will be supporting customers based outside of the UK, and the ability to speak Spanish will be a big advantage.
The role involves supporting manufacturing in handling a large volume of orders, ensuring they are processed accurately, providing general admin support to the sales team, and delivering information to customers.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Receiving, collecting, checking, and inputting all daily received sales orders
* Promptly delivering order acknowledgements with correct prices, part numbers, and realistic delivery dates
* Maintaining and updating customer records/profiles on the internal CRM system
* Receiving and recording relevant customer feedback
* Confirming stock availability
* Handling customer enquiries
* Creating and sending out invoices
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You should be used to handling and processing orders, have a high level of attention to detail, be well-organized, possess an excellent telephone manner, be IT literate, and have the ability to work unsupervised. Fluency in Spanish is also preferred.
The Telford site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Market Drayton, Newport, Perton, and Shifnal.
