A well established family-owned business with a diverse portfolio in the hospitality, property, and investment sectors are looking for an EA to support their CEO and Founder. A versatile Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, family run business environment would be ideal for this role and candidates with a background in property, finance, or hospitality businesses will be highly regarded. Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the directors. Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics with efficiency. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain OneDrive and digital filing systems for important business and personal documents. Email & Communication Management Monitor, review, and manage incoming emails, ensuring all important correspondence is opened, actioned, and followed up on in conjunction with the directors. Draft and send emails on behalf of the directors, ensuring the tone, style, and professionalism reflect their high standards. Be an ambassador for the directors, ensuring that all written communication—both internal and external—is clear, polished, and represents the business with pride and excellence. Maintain a structured email filing system, ensuring seamless retrieval of important communication. Proactively track outstanding tasks from emails, ensuring nothing is missed and all actions are completed in a timely manner. Personal Assistance Handle personal errands, including booking appointments, managing vehicle tax and insurance, reviewing invoices, and general personal admin. Book restaurants, reply to invitations, and manage RSVPs on behalf of the directors. Oversee and manage personal bills, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Assist in coordinating personal events and gatherings when required. Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive personal matters. Business Support Assist with business-related tasks, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Conduct market research on rental rates and property data, supporting decision-making. Act as a liaison with franchisors, property agents, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Welcome and host guests, ensuring a professional and organized office environment. Organization & Time Management Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities with ease. Keep track of deadlines, key events, and action items, ensuring tasks are completed proactively. Anticipate needs and take initiative before being asked. Proven experience as an EA at senior level is essential and a background in property, finance, or hospitality-run businesses is highly preferable. Pay range and compensation package - circa £50K. This is an office based role, 5 days per week and is based in Ruislip.
