Our established client, focusing within the Courier and Freight Forwarding sector, is looking for a Freight Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
This role will involve working alongside the Commercial Director, coordinating shipments on behalf of several key accounts.
You will be booking and monitoring shipments for high-profile/VIP clients, so excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. You will also be responsible for quoting shipments, so knowledge of preparing freight quotations is essential.
Must have previous experience within Air, Ocean, and Road Freight, mainly Exports; some import knowledge would also be an advantage.
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: £26K - £33K, subject to experience.
