Job summary The East Genomic Laboratory Hub (GLH) at Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) is recruiting HCPC registered Clinical Scientists to support the expansion of the Rare Disease Genomic Service to provide large scale, high quality, patient-centric genomic testing. You should be motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team in an area of core or specialist testing using a range of techniques, including whole genome sequencing, and utilising molecular and cytogenomics skills. There are opportunities to contribute to service development and R&D. Applications are invited from HCPC Registered Clinical Scientists with post-graduate qualifications in Genomics and significant experience in a genomic diagnostic environment; scientists close to registration are encouraged to apply.
