What you will do
We now have a great opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our Kenvue UK Consumer business. Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for driving the NICORETTE brand in the UK with a focus on Innovation, Channel White Space and Digital Media.
You will report to the Head of Digital & Innovation, NICORETTE (Northern Europe).
Key responsibilities include:
1. Drive the growth of the NICORETTE brand through product innovation in partnership with the Cross-Functional Team, and the Global team as per the new Global Operating Model.
2. Sizing of Innovation for UK and defining the appropriate Go-To-Market and Channel Strategy with Cross-Functional Commercial Teams.
3. Track performance of Innovations with Finance, Cross-Functional Commercial and Global Teams.
4. Partner with the NICORETTE UK Marketing Manager to input Innovation Opps and Sizing into key Business Financial Cycles such as BP and 3YOP.
5. Identify opportunities for Bigger/Smaller Pack Sizes for NICORETTE on E-Commerce and Convenience Channels, and partner with Regulatory Affairs & Regulatory Boards to submit new pack-sizes for licensing and approvals.
6. Build and execute the Go-to-Market Strategy for entering new channels and white space both online and offline.
7. Partner with the Asda Account Management Team, as a NICORETTE Brand Partner to deliver growth and excellent execution of NICORETTE and the NRT Category in Asda.
8. Partner with our Convenience & Travel Account Teams to execute NICORETTE campaigns in key Travel Moments.
9. Influence and Execute NICORETTE’s Sustainability and Healthy Lives Mission across Northern Europe Markets.
10. Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver excellent end to end execution.
11. Use analytical skills to report and analyze on key performance metrics for the accounts you partner with, to identify risks and opportunities.
12. Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME).
13. Contribute to delivery of the in-year full P&L and share targets for the NICORETTE UK Business.
What we are looking for
Required experience and skills:
1. Experience working as a Brand Manager or an experienced Assistant Brand Manager.
2. Marketing experience in an FMCG environment with a strong track record of performance in a matrixed organisation.
3. Degree level educated or equivalent experience.
4. You will have experience developing, activating and optimizing communication plans including media strategies. Creating and adapting content across multiple channels.
5. Good commercial and financial acumen, including analyzing and reporting on brand performance, developing actionable insight from data and BME management.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage cross functional teams.
7. Can-do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges.
8. Self-starter who is proactive and results driven.
9. Highly organized with an ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Proven implementation ability.
11. Good analytical, financial and business acumen skills.
