You will deliver accurate and timely HR support, administration services and manage assigned projects across Gentell First Water Ramsbury and other business units as required. Key Responsibilities: Comply with all legislative and site health, safety and environmental requirements Operate in a highly professional and confidential manner at all times Maintain accurate HRIS/employee files, manage site staff personal data in accordance with GDPR legislation and best practice Draft new employee offers and contracts, and basic HR correspondence as directed Assist with employee induction/onboarding Complete starter and exit processes Support the provision of Benefits administration Maintain the employee handbook Provide basic (tier 1) employment advice to employees on existing policy and procedures, escalate issues as appropriate Support departmental managers with absence management processes Setup new employees on relevant attendance and holiday planning systems (currently Zeus), make information changes and updates as required Support the roll-out of new policies and procedures Support special projects and activities as required (eg. Well-being, functions, ER, ad-hoc training events) Other assigned duties. We have a wide-reaching footprint, with manufacturing and operations facilities in Europe, North America and Canada. The Person Degree qualified. HR qualified /CIPD Level 5. Previous HR experience ideally in Manufacturing. HRIS experience. Excellent IT skills. Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritise according to business need A willingness to travel.
