We are working with a business to recruit a chartered Project Director (PM) to lead on projects and be part of the leadership team – with the aim of this person becoming a future board member in time.
The specific experience we are looking for is Alternative residential and cut and carve office experience.
The company currently turnover in the region of £15m, offering quantity surveying and project management services in sectors such as BTR, Co-Living, PBSA, Industrial & Logistics and some prime, CAT-A fit out in central London. Project sizes are generally between £25m and £40 million on D&B contracts, but there are also other projects that are up towards the £100m mark. Clients are typically institutional funds with relationships either through the fund or the developer.
As this role is earmarked for future leadership as well as leading on projects, it is hoped that this person will show a desire to absorb themselves into the ethos and culture of the business.
Due to the age profile of some of the board members, over the next 5 to 10 years there will be new faces introduced as some of the existing members retire which will open up new opportunities for younger team members.
We would be interested in speaking to people very strong on delivery & client management and will help evolve play a key role in shaping the organic growth of the business over the next 10 years. The board is made up of an eclectic mix of personalities and the opportunity is there for someone to bring their whole self to work and imprint their own personality on the business.
